Join me every weekend at my HOME studio, Tovami Yoga. Classes held at  Harbor Island in Mamaroneck, NY. Each class invites you to move out of your comfort zone, laugh at yourself, release the negative all while renewing the soul. These classes are compassionate and healing designed to release deep layers of tension stored in the physical and energetic body within a unique class culture.
