About the Event
The Hips!!!!! Journey to the seat of the soul this Sunday December 18 from 11-1pm. The hips are the junk drawer of the body! All the things we don't need end up in this area of the body. This is also the birth place of your gifts and creativity! So when we feel stuck emotionally, physically and mentally it ends up down here. Physical pain of the hips include lower back, knee and ankle issues. Learn how to release this area so  you can heal and evolve into your best self emotionally and physically.
